Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team at CIRCULAR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operational tasks and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
Key responsibilities include assisting in inventory management, coordinating logistics, and providing administrative support to the operations team. The Operations Assistant will also be involved in maintaining documentation and communicating with suppliers and stakeholders.
The successful candidate should have strong organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, and possess excellent communication abilities. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
