Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations and Talent Development Coordinator at toner.lk in Colombo. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, talent development initiatives, customer and supplier communication, project management, and fundraising activities.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience in project management and fundraising
- Strong writing abilities
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team
