Job Description

Position: Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to risk and compliance.
• Analyze risks within the company’s business units and report on risk exposures.
• Implement solutions to mitigate financial risks and potential losses.
• Stay updated with the latest compliance regulations and industry practices.

Wealth Management Back Office:

• Handle the processing of investment transactions and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Provide operational support for wealth management services and client accounts.
• Collaborate with front office to ensure accurate account management and reporting.

Stock Brokering Back Office:

• Oversee the settlement of trades and maintain records of buy/sell transactions.
• Resolve trade discrepancies and manage stock inventory.
• Ensure compliance with exchange regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends.

Treasury Back Office Operations:

• Conduct daily bank account reconciliation and support Treasury Operations.
• Assist in the settlement of trades.
• Provide input on cash management and support cash forecasting efforts.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or possessing a Bachelor’s degree related to Finance, Accounting, Business.
• Pursuing or possessing CIMA, ACCA, CFA – Intermediate qualification.
