Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Support project operations in various South Asian markets, acting as a liaison with headquarters and back-office departments to provide end-to-end guidance for existing and potential institutions going online.
- Implement UnionPay business rules, technical specifications, and error risk rules in project management processes.
- Handle market research and information collection tasks assigned by the headquarters.
- Provide daily system operation support for operational institutions.
- Offer project training or support for institutions and collect feedback.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Science or Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project operational management.
- Stable personality, strong sense of responsibility, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong learning ability.
