Job Description
We are hiring a Manager CHA Operation – Logistics
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day CHA operations including customs clearance and documentation.
- Collaborate with customs officials, shipping agents, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to CHA operations.
- Train and mentor staff on CHA processes and customs regulations.
- Stay updated with changes in customs regulations and advise stakeholders accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Manager in CHA operations or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and documentation procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office.
