Job Description

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operation Manager. The Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. They will manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure quality control throughout the manufacturing process. The position will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet customer demands and drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• 3 years’ experience in the same capacity.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Bra, lingerie brief sports, and swimwear products are essential.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and optimize supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in using industry-specific software and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
