Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate handling of operations documentation such as loading and discharging declarations.
- Manage port operations, onboard tasks, and stowage planning promptly.
- Coordinate with terminals, vessels, principals, and authorities for berthing and sailing efficiency.
- Achieve Operations department KPIs and meet reporting deadlines.
- Complete assigned tasks from management.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of port and onboard operations.
- 2-3 years experience in Mainline or Feeder Operations.
- Qualification in Shipping profession is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and excellent team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
- Experience in Operations systems.
- Willingness to work in a challenging environment.
