Job Description
Maintain budgeted portfolio growth of both Pawning and Gold Loan Products
Coordinating, guiding and training internal and outsourced staff members on Pawning and Gold Loan Products
Preparing letters/memos when required to obtain approvals from the respective authorities
Developing the Pawning and Gold Loan Products while in touch with the current market threats and trends
Organizing and conducting promotion campaigns to canvass new customers and regularly monitoring/guiding branch staff to develop the business
Minimize the NPA through effective monitoring of the recovery process and provide information to the management on the updates when required
