Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration Executive at The Watch Boutique Sri Lanka in Colombo. The Administration & Operations Executive will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing office day-to-day tasks, coordinating appointments, overseeing billing and invoicing, and handling correspondence to ensure smooth business functioning.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Experience with inventory management and procurement processes
- Familiarity with Google Drive and Google Business Suite
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
