Our client, Jobfactory, is a reputable company located in Colombo and is seeking a skilled Office Administrator & Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Manage and support a team of employees, ensuring productivity and engagement.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
- Handle budgeting and financial management for office expenses.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring functionality and efficiency.
- Liaise with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
