Job Description
We are seeking a pleasant, active, and multitasking individual to join our team as an Office Assistant/Account Assistant at Sunbird Ceylon (Pvt) Ltd. This role is ideal for a young professional eager to contribute to operational work, provide accounts assistance, and engage in client visits. Familiarity with QuickBooks is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Support.
- Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks like data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting tasks (preferred).
