Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated NOC Engineer to join our team. The NOC Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting our network operations center to ensure the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in network administration, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Knowledge of networking protocols, server management, and experience with monitoring tools will be advantageous.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve incidents
- Implement network changes and upgrades
