Job Description
Elephant Teams is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our Sri Lanka office. You will lead critical business accounts, managing client relationships and addressing issues to ensure client satisfaction. Ideal candidates have experience in account management and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer account management, negotiate contracts, and maximize profits.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams to meet quotas and deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software preferred.
