Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor the network KPI & KQIs daily to identify performance gaps.
- Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis to resolve issues.
- Plan and conduct field tests/benchmark tests, analyze results.
- Generate reports highlighting gaps with optimization suggestions.
- Collect and maintain traffic and KPI databases, prepare reports.
- Identify hidden network issues affecting service quality.
- Create customer experience test cases aligned with business requirements.
- Present customer experience reports related to network.
- Develop applications for QoS and QoE to enhance network performance.
Qualifications
- BSc degree in Telecommunication Engineering with IESL membership.
- Prior relevant experience preferred.
- Analytical skills, web development knowledge, network tools handling, asset management.
- Highly organized, proactive, energetic, positive attitude.
- Team player, able to interact with staff at all levels.
