Job Description

Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Objective:

• To support the operation department with designated NDT scope of work
• To maintain health and safety standards within the SSI HSEQ department

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
• Carry out Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)
• Carry out Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI)
• UT Weld Scanning with interpretation, evaluation, and reporting experience is required.
• Interpret and Review inspection results as per reference code/standards.
• Document inspection results and prepare reports.
• Clean parts/materials prior to inspection and after completion.
• Ensure good housekeeping in the workplace and surroundings.
• Comply with legal requirements to maintain organization’s stability and reputation.

Qualification:

• Experience in NDT equipment and manual/computerized reporting
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a NDT Level 2 or equivalent
• Oil & gas field corrosion survey experience required
• Higher Secondary School educational qualification
• NDT Level II or approved equivalent
• PCN certificate Level II certificate is highly preferred
