Company Description
Secondary Education Sector Improvement Program (SESIP), under the Ministry of Education, is a US $400 million Result-Based Lending program funded by the Asian Development Bank. SESIP aims to align the secondary education system with labor force needs.
Role Description
This full-time role involves designing, implementing, and managing monitoring and evaluation systems at The Ministry of Education. Responsibilities include data analysis, report preparation, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance education programs.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of monitoring and evaluation principles
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in statistical software and data visualization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field
- Experience in education sector is a plus
- Knowledge of Sri Lankan education policies is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel within Sri Lanka
