Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Formulate strategies and execute plans to achieve sales targets
- Implement customer business plans
- Manage customer head office visits and reviews
- Increase distribution width & depth in Modern Trade
- Ensure smooth payment process from all Customers
- Monitor business KPIs and provide timely updates to management
- Establish Colour cosmetics with selected MT chains
- Execute brand/product launches timely with customers
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Professional qualifications: Relevant Degree (CIM UK) / SLIM
- 6-8 years of work experience in Modern Trade
- Field team management experience in FMCG, preferably in Beauty sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
