Position: Merchandise Manager
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Salary: Gross Salary – Rs 400K – Rs 500K
Overview:
Our client, a leading apparel manufacturer in Colombo, Sri Lanka, is looking for a dynamic Manager Merchandising with a degree in textiles or equivalent and at least 10 years of industry experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee merchandising process from bulk to development stages.
- Work with production teams for timely order delivery and quality maintenance.
- Coordinate with design teams to meet customer requirements.
- Develop client relationships and address concerns for satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, identify business opportunities.
- Lead the merchandising team for excellence and efficiency.
- Manage budgets and ensure compliance with standards.
- Drive initiatives for departmental improvement.
Pre-Requisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textiles or related field.
- Minimum 10 years apparel industry experience in merchandising.
- Experience in bulk and development merchandising required.
- Current managers in relevant roles are preferred.
