Role Description
This full-time on-site role in Colombo involves cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, and reporting for MEP projects.
Qualifications
- Cost control, management, and reporting
- Experience in BOQ preparation
- Strong knowledge of cost planning
- Proficiency in cost estimation
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering
- Professional Quantity Surveying certification is a plus
- Familiarity with construction industry regulations
