DEK STUDIO (PVT) LTD (Subsidiary of Sanken Overseas (Pvt) Ltd) is a client-oriented contracting company based in Colombo, specializing in integrated design & build Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services.
Role Description
Full-time on-site role for a MEP Quantity Surveyor who will handle cost management, BOQ preparation, cost planning, and reporting related to MEP projects. Tasks include monitoring project costs, preparing tender documents, and client liaising.
Qualifications
– BSc (Quantity Surveyor) with 2 years post qualifying experience OR NDT/HNDE/NDES (Quantity Surveyor) with 5 years post qualifying experience.
- BOQ preparation and Cost Planning expertise
- Detailed BOQs and cost estimates creation
- Tender preparation and submissions experience
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous MEP construction field experience is a plus
