Job Description
- Preparing management reports
- Preparing monthly sales reports
- Preparing quarterly sales report
- Attending sales meeting and preparing relevant reports
- Assisting sales staff to carry out sales order processing
- Coordinating with sales staff to carry out any other tasks assigned by the management
- Sales order creation, item creation and vendor creation in the system
- Document gathering (Technical writeups/ Compliance / Pricing) and assisting on the tender / quotation submission (creating the final proposal document)
- Requesting bid bonds, performance bonds
- Managing AMC agreements
