Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for business growth and brand awareness.
- Create, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Plan and execute traditional marketing initiatives like print, outdoor advertising, events, and sponsorships.
- Manage company branding for consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze campaign performance and manage marketing budget effectively.
- Develop relationships with external vendors and partners for marketing support.
Candidate’s Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Strong experience in digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
- Knowledge of branding principles and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and project management skills.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and resources effectively.
