- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Enhance the company’s reputation through consistent brand messaging.
- Coordinate product launches and promotions.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Develop customer acquisition strategies to attract new subscribers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer service teams.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track marketing metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behavior to innovate marketing approaches.
Essential Requirements:
- Masters or B.Sc. Degree in Marketing/Business Management.
- Proven 10+ years of marketing experience including 4+ years as a Marketing Manager in the telecommunication industry.
- Experience in Software Sales/Business Development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Must be a team player.
