Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Share Expansion: Increase market share in both retail and wholesale channels.
• Develop annual marketing strategies and plans for the brands.
• Enhance corporate brand image and provide strategic insights for growth.
• Formulate effective marketing strategies and demand planning initiatives.
• Oversee marketing plans implementation by managers and executives.
• Develop sales forecasts and provide insights for new product development.
• Collaborate with agencies for campaign development and analysis.
• Manage sales and marketing events for successful brand activations.
• Ensure brand safety and integrity through effective planning.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business. Master’s degree or CIM, SLIM certification is a plus.
• 3-5 years’ experience in marketing management with proven leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, budget management, and innovation capabilities.
• Experience in team management and collaboration.
