Job Description
The Marketing Manager – BFSI is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the Corporate Customer segment (Banking & Finance) to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all marketing campaigns for the Customer segment.
- Implement marketing strategy for Banking & Finance Market segmentation.
- Promote a concept, product, or service.
- Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups.
- Update senior leadership on marketing activities and results.
- Promote the brand at trade shows and events.
- Keep informed of marketing strategies and trends.
- Develop tactics to drive qualified traffic and create engaging content.
- Analyze data to evaluate marketing success and improve exposure.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Banking & Finance ICT Products.
- Completion of CIM or SLIM will be advantageous.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Senior Marketing Position.
- Proficiency in marketing ICT equipment.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, solutions, and branding.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Time management and organizational abilities.
