Job Description

Responsible for managing and executing marketing initiatives, and developing the Verger brand. Will report to the Marketing Manager / Assistant Marketing Manager.

• Oversee the use of the brand across all platforms and mediums and ensure proper representation of the identity in all aspects.
• Understand internal (HR) marketing requirements, working in collaboration with HR or other teams, develop strategies and/or materials to meet these requirements and oversee the implementation of the same.
• Work with sales and other teams to develop external communications to customers and partners and ensure these are done on time and to quality while staying on brand in terms of creatives and messages.
• Plan, manage, and execute all marketing-related requirements for the company’s participation in events, trade fairs etc.
• Plan and manage company events and customer visits, ensuring branding and marketing goals are met.
• Have complete responsibility for delivering digital KPI’s across web, social media, search, email, and other platforms.
• Help to plan and manage photoshoots and videoshoots for marketing requirements.
• Build good relationships with 3rd party suppliers and manage their deliverables for the organization.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in brand management, marketing, or communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media marketing and digital advertising platforms.
• Knowledge of the flavour, fragrance, or food industries is a plus.

Internship Options are also available for individuals with a background in the flavour, fragrance, or food industries.
