Job Description

We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka and looking for a Marketing Executive for a reputed diversified conglomerate located in Sri Lanka. Below is the summary of the Job Description.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our products/services.
• Create engaging content for digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using insights to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring brand consistency.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in marketing or a related role, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and presentation.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management platforms.
