Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive at Suwasevana Hospital located in Kandy. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing activities. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, communicating with potential customers, and driving sales.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or SLIM/CIM qualifications.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of performance marketing channels and tools.
• Proficiency in tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, CRM platforms (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot), Zapier, WordPress, Google Sheets, Asana, and Slack.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals and targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, senior management, and team members.
• Proven track record of success in managing digital marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.
