Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and prepare strategic proposals to enhance brand awareness and visibility.
- Organize and execute all Marketing initiatives for McLarens Maritime Academy.
- Utilize digital marketing tools to amplify brand presence and engagement.
- Manage appointed agencies for digital and traditional media, ensuring collaboration and timely delivery of campaigns.
- Ensure sustainable use of the brand and adherence to brand guidelines in all advertising endeavors.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to develop compelling publishing materials in digital and print mediums.
- Generate new leads for services and liaise with third-party agencies for lead-generation campaigns.
- Manage inquiries received by ensuring prompt and satisfactory responses.
- Prepare and deliver reports highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities to the Marketing Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 2 – 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the education industry.
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills.
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media.
