Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends and prepare strategic proposals to enhance brand awareness and visibility.
• Organize and execute all Marketing initiatives for McLarens Maritime Academy.
• Utilize digital marketing tools to amplify brand presence and engagement.
• Manage appointed agencies for digital and traditional media, ensuring collaboration and timely delivery of campaigns.
• Ensure sustainable use of the brand and adherence to brand guidelines in all advertising endeavors.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop compelling publishing materials in digital and print mediums.
• Generate new leads for services and liaise with third-party agencies for lead-generation campaigns.
• Manage inquiries received by ensuring prompt and satisfactory responses.
• Prepare and deliver reports highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities to the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 2 – 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the education industry.
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills.
• Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media.
