Job Description
The Job:
- Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, and Digital) aligning with set objectives, managing budgets effectively.
- Evaluate campaign performance, ensure delivery of agreed KPIs.
- Oversee daily marketing operations, ensure efficient workflow.
- Provide ongoing assistance with product and funnel management for execution excellence.
- Implement key strategies aligning with brand objectives.
- Research consumer behavior, identify market trends, investment opportunities.
- Coordinate with media team to monitor, optimize media mix effectively.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders for collaboration in marketing activities.
The Person:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in banking, finance, or service industry.
- Degree or qualifications in Marketing Management from recognized university or professional institution.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Passion for learning, innovation, industry trends.
