Responsibilities
- Determine client business requirements and assess product suitability
- Understand customers’ needs and apply product knowledge effectively
- Ensure service quality by documenting technical specifications and processes
- Present software & hardware demos to customers
- Market products, prepare sales literature, and attend industry events
- Stay updated on evolving software and hardware systems
- Create effective sales plans and meet targets
- Provide software advice and features application
- Respond to tender documents and proposals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in ICT industry
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity, Cloud & Software products
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and sales software
