Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for brand visibility and guest attraction.
- Manage social media, content creation, and analyze digital campaign performance.
- Establish partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and influencers.
- Plan events and promotions to boost engagement and bookings.
- Conduct market research and optimize marketing efforts.
- Enhance guest experience through marketing initiatives and loyalty programs.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional marketing qualification like CIM.
- 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, strong communication skills.
