A leading cosmetics brand is seeking a talented Modern Trade Manager to join their team.
Location – Kelanimulla
Role Description
- Develop and execute strategies promptly to meet sales objectives.
- Implement business plans tailored for customers.
- Ensure regular visits to customer head offices and initiate customer reviews.
- Expand reach and penetration in Modern Trade.
- Maintain a seamless payment process with all customers.
- Monitor business KPIs and provide timely updates to management.
- Introduce color cosmetics within selected Modern Trade chains.
- Execute brand and product launches with customers on schedule.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree in marketing or related field (CIM UK/SLIM).
- 6-8 years of experience in modern trade.
- Experience in beauty/cosmetics or personal care products category.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work closely with a team of 55 beauty advisors.
- Strong relationships with supermarket channels in Sri Lanka.
