Job Description

We’re a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka seeking a Manager – Supply Chain Planning for an MNC in Colombo. The role involves overseeing supply chain operations such as demand forecasting, inventory management, and production planning. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a track record in supply chain management. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure seamless supply chain processes for business performance.
• Drive S&OP process and relevant meetings.
• Lead inbound material planning & procurement.
• Optimize overall supply chain costs.
• Promote innovations, digital transformation, and continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain planning, 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and planning.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and planning tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
