Job Description
We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka seeking a qualified Manager/Senior Executive – Freight Forwarding (Sea) for a prestigious organization in Colombo. The ideal candidate should have experience in shipping, freight, and supply chain management.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sea freight operations, including operational management, strategic planning, customer service, team leadership, financial management, and reporting.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field with a Master’s degree being preferred. Candidates should have at least 5-7 years of experience in sea freight forwarding with a proven track record of optimizing operations.
