Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Manager – Risk & Control to join our team. This role is crucial in facilitating risk management, executing internal audits, and enhancing compliance across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with department heads and senior management to ensure robust risk management and control systems are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quarterly risk assessments with Heads of Departments.
- Assist in developing SOPs and policies for business process efficiency.
- Perform and supervise internal audits with high standards.
- Prepare and present comprehensive risk reports to management.
- Monitor compliance status and key controls regularly.
- Develop dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct training sessions on governance, risk, and control best practices.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 7-10 years experience in risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Power BI.
