Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategize, operationalize, and analyze process improvements for revenue management.
- Ensure accuracy of revenue flow from opportunity through project closure.
- Develop revenue dashboards, forecasts, and analytics.
- Drive revenue reconciliation and integration with Finance.
- Contribute revenue perspective to new service offerings.
- Analyze data to provide insights into payment trends.
- Maintain documentation and prepare sales management reports.
- Coordinate agreements and operational activities across offices.
- Support ISO audits and provide administrative assistance.
- Manage operational projects assigned by senior leadership.
Experience, Qualifications and Attributes Required:
- 3+ years of revenue operations management experience.
- Degree in Management or related field.
- Ability to track KPIs, analyze metrics, and advise on improvement strategies.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and business applications.
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills and business acumen.
- High ethical standards and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
