Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures specific to the coconut industry.
• Oversee the entire QA process, from raw material inspection to final product testing.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train and supervise QA staff, ensuring adherence to quality protocols.
• Analyze quality data and prepare reports for senior management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve QA processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience as a QA Manager in the coconut industry.
• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in QA software and Microsoft Office Suite.
