Job Description
Scope of the role:
The primary objective is to identify challenges and techno-commercial requirements of cement customers, manage a team of engineers, and offer technical support within tight timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Positioning i2i customer service & VAS as the premium cement and concrete solution provider.
- Promoting blended cement in B2B & B2C industries.
- Engage in developing and maintaining the SCCL product portfolio.
- Develop new business opportunities and provide technical solutions.
- Achieve budgeting-related figures.
- Drive team to get necessary product approvals and stakeholder management.
- Organize technical knowledge-sharing sessions with stakeholders.
- Ensure safe working environment and compliance of OH&S rules.
Requirements:
- BSc (Eng.) Civil, Masters degree related to the field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete technology, cement manufacturing, and quality control.
- Concrete technology and Quality Control expertise.
- Analytical skills in understanding customer/market requirements.
- Public speaking and lecturing skills are advantageous.
