Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development function for product and service innovation in the telecommunications industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative products and services.
- Conduct market analysis to guide strategic decisions and offer recommendations.
- Develop frameworks for innovation, prioritize projects, and oversee implementation.
- Build stakeholder relationships, align innovation with business objectives, and communicate progress transparently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication/Software Engineering or related field.
- Postgraduate degree in Business Management is advantageous.
- 5+ years of experience in research and development in IT or telecommunications.
- Proficiency in data analysis and awareness of emerging technologies and market trends.
