Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to define relevant KPIs aligned with company goals.
- Ensure KPIs are SMART.
- Implement performance tracking tools for real-time monitoring.
- Review and analyze KPI data to monitor performance.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management.
- Conduct trend analysis to identify potential talent.
- Recommend actions to improve operational efficiency.
- Automate data collection processes with data teams.
- Liaise with senior management to align KPI frameworks with strategic vision.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Stay updated on market trends in performance management.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of performance management experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex data and translate findings into strategies.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in performance management systems and data analytics tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
