Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads to define relevant KPIs aligned with company goals.
  • Ensure KPIs are SMART.
  • Implement performance tracking tools for real-time monitoring.
  • Review and analyze KPI data to monitor performance.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management.
  • Conduct trend analysis to identify potential talent.
  • Recommend actions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Automate data collection processes with data teams.
  • Liaise with senior management to align KPI frameworks with strategic vision.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Stay updated on market trends in performance management.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3+ years of performance management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage complex data and translate findings into strategies.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in performance management systems and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
