Job Description
Overseeing the design, functionality, and performance of the brand’s eCommerce website to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Developing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize online sales through SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media. Monitoring & managing the online warehouse. Overseeing online communication channels, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries. Analyzing key metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. Working with cross-functional teams to align eCommerce initiatives with business goals.
