Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials and finished goods
- Implement root cause analysis and process improvement
- Record and monitor defects in the QMS
- Generate detailed quality reports
- Oversee quality control checks and audits
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards
- Address quality issues proactively
- Manage quality control at third-party factories
- Liaise with international production teams
