Job Description

A highly skilled Manager – Material Management in Inventory Management is needed at HFL to efficiently manage our extensive SKU inventory. The ideal candidate should have expertise in inventory control, turnover optimization, and reducing over-aged inventory. Responsibilities include developing inventory strategies, analyzing turnover rates, and leading a team to ensure efficient inventory turnover.

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies for optimal inventory levels.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and evaluate supplier performance.
• Enhance supply chain processes, collaborate with departments for demand forecasting, and generate reports.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management / Inventory Management.
• Strong Analytical, Demand Planning, & Procurement Skills.
• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Management and Inventory Management.
• Leadership qualities, engineering background, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.
