Job Description
A leading manufacturing company in Sri Lanka, Uconnect, is seeking a talented individual for the Manager-Electrical and Maintenance Engineering position.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee design and development of electrical systems, provide technical support, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage multiple engineering projects, conduct troubleshooting, and implement process improvements.
- Guide team members, maintain documentation, and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, knowledge of design software and standards, and strong leadership skills.
