Position: Manager Modern Trade

- The Experience – 2-3 years experience in Modern Trade Sales and Managerial in the consumer goods industry.
- Formulate and execute a dynamic Business Development Plan for Modern Trade Channels, expanding the brand’s outlet base.
- Execute Modern Trade Activation plans and identify opportunities for new products within the channel.
- Ensure high standard Brand Visibility and develop special promotions with Marketing Teams.
- Lead the Modern Trade Sales Team in executing strategies and set KPIs.
- Required skills include a good understanding of Modern Trade, leadership, teamwork, customer relations, and communication.
Qualifications:
• Experience in modern trade management, sales, and distribution
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
