Job Description

The Experience –

2-3 years experience in Modern Trade Sales and Managerial in the consumer goods industry. Formulating and executing a dynamic Business Development Plan for the Modern Trade Channel. Expanding the Brand’s Outlet base through effective Customer Relationship Management and Execution of well-defined agreements. Executing Modern Trade Activation plans with actionable activity plans in the channel.

Identifying opportunities for New Products and SKUs in the Modern Trade Channel, executing listing across key accounts. Ensuring high standard Brand Visibility and developing special promotions with the Marketing Teams. Leading the Modern Trade Sales Team to achieve set KPIs.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Educational or professional qualification in sales and marketing.
• Good understanding of Modern Trade and Retail businesses.

Soft Skills:

• Leadership, Teamwork, Customer Relations, Communication & Negotiation.

Qualifications:

• Experience in modern trade management, sales, and distribution.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
