Job Description
We’re a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka seeking a Manager – Marketing Technology and Digital for a reputed FMCG company in Colombo. As the Manager, you’ll shape personalized customer experiences through technology, drive targeted marketing efforts, and manage resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage budget and resources for Marketing Technology initiatives
- Implement marketing automation and CRM systems
- Develop a MarTech strategy supporting business objectives
- Analyze technology performance for cost-effectiveness
- Build relationships with vendors and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing or IT. MBA is a plus
- 2+ years in digital marketing and 3+ years in managerial roles, FMCG experience preferred
- Skill in social media marketing, A/B testing, data analytics, and web development
- Proven ability in project leadership, business strategy, and customer-centricity
