Job Responsibilities:

• Assess potential outlet locations and select franchise models.
• Identify outlets for upgrades and negotiate with property owners.
• Enhance customer service and guest experience across all outlets.
• Collaborate with catering team to improve menu offerings.
• Design training programs to enhance service quality.
• Manage social media content and lead promotional strategies.
• Represent the company at key events and contribute to strategic decisions.
• Revise product pricing and approve departmental increments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in F&B or hotel industry.
• Expertise in customer service, marketing, and operations.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with P&L analysis, franchise operations, and digital marketing.
