Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as Manager – Learning & Development at Fashion Bug (Pvt) Ltd. We are committed to creating and managing superior in-house brands, driven by energy, enthusiasm, integrity, and strategy.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in data analysis to evaluate training program effectiveness.
